Recently there have been indications that the economc slide is slowing if not turning around. Have you seen any inprovement yet? What industry are you associated with? When did it start and how strong is it?

From talking with logistics and real estate professionals, it’s a mix with more saying that we’re still dredging the bottom and have not quite made it out yet.
